She manages appointment setting, scheduling, customer communication, and team coordination, making sure customers know what to expect and nothing falls through the cracks. With more than 10 years in home improvement, Tiffany understands the importance of communication and follow-through.

Jeremy supports WSO customers after installation, coordinating service, repairs, warranty needs, and other post-project concerns. Since joining WSO in 2022, he has focused on making sure customers continue to receive responsive support long after their project is complete. Jeremy also helps customers explore Derksen portable building solutions.

Evan brings a background in sales and marketing leadership, business development, and customer relationship management to WSO. He leads the company’s marketing efforts while working directly with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and industry partners. His focus is simple: build strong relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.

Before entering the industry, he worked as a general contractor building homes, giving him a strong understanding of residential construction from the ground up. Outside of work, Scott enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with his two daughters and new grandson.
